Before other manufacturers, we introduced “chassis dynamometers” for checking performance and quality and for reproducing actual driving conditions and environments. We strengthen our quality improvements by performing physical property tests to verify the strength of the materials, predictive testing to cover every situation, and safety checks that are repeated over and over again.
Also, due to the evolution of technology, we are able to shorten the development period and reduce costs such as by using CAD and simulators when designing, and checking performance, shapes and safety on computers in advance.

Acoustic technology
We pioneered the introduction of “chassis dynamometers,” as extensive acoustic analysis equipment, to be able to perform vehicle running condition tests using actual vehicles.
We make full use of various tests and simulations, especially on the acoustic properties of products and materials, in order to be able to correspond to every situation, and we perform safety checks repeatedly over and over again. And while strengthening our quality improvements, we have furthermore become able to suggest sets of carpets and other parts that can minimize noise in the vehicle interior.

Trimming technology
Because there are various material specifications for interior parts, for trimming, as well,
in addition to the trimming and piercing type of process aimed at mass production, we have introduced other methods such as water jet trimming and ultrasound trimming, and we adopt the most suitable trimming method for productivity and the type of material.
