Molding technology, such as used for floor carpets, is one of the essential technologies for creating a comfortable interior space. Using state-of-the-art technology with complex molding and trimming, we have commercialized and provide a high-quality interior space with sound insulation, thermal insulation and anti-vibration features.

- Pads

- Spacers

Spacers are set between the complex shaped floor panel and floor carpet, and provide a flat surface underfoot and a comfortable feeling when stepping in the interior. In addition, spacers have a sound insulating effect that can prevent noise from the underside of the vehicle from entering the interior and reduce road noise, and the material and shape also conforms to requirements for specific characteristics.

These parts comprise the partition shelf between the rear seat in an automobile and the top of the trunk.

In addition to the sound-insulating function, they also isolate valuables in the luggage compartment from the outside (prevent them from being seen), and serve as an anti-theft measure, interior decoration and accessory shelf.
